Welcome to the Classic Protocol of Girevoy Sport - The Biathlon!

Biathlon is the staple of GS, and It's also the most challenging one, because you need to excel in two different lifts, and your total is the sum of both.

This protocol will take you on a 12-week journey scaling up both the Jerk and the Snatch all the way till the TEST set on week 12.

If Biathlon is Batman, then Running is the Robin!

Running is basic, simple, primal, and “logistic free” - put your sneakers and go - is the best bang for your buck, developing special aerobic endurance, and speeding up the recovery, hands down!

The 12-week running program serves well those who run and those who don’t - scaling up from a 20-minute run to 60-70-minute runs by the end.
